He now has over four years of experience in the California medical marijuana industry leading and growing an award-winning brand distributed to over 100 California dispensaries. He brings leadership, industry knowledge, production IP, and experience to the team.
Fenix Logistics President
An avid cannabis consumer and educator, Margot Wampler graduated from Oaksterdam University in March 2015. Her previous career in tech led her to find success in working for software power-houses like Salesforce.com and Intuit. After nearly a decade of traditional sales & tech work, cannabis inspired her to take the plunge and embark on a career shift that led her to found Lifted Logistics in 2015, and Lifted Networks in 2018. Since then, she has spent her time fostering a powerful network of cannabis professionals, retail shop owners, and cannabis brands.
In the fall of 2018, Margot and her team from Lifted Networks joined the Fenix Family and she was named President of Fenix Logistics, the licensed distribution division. Fenix Logistics is a group of operators who survived the prop 64 transition who are committed to representing primarily 'legacy' brands, and women, minority, & LGBT owned brands.
Director of Operations
Originally from New York, Elisa Allechant began her career in the Holistic Health field in 2001 and has worked with thousands of individuals to improve their mobility and overall health and wellness. She made a career shift to cannabis after completing her BA in Communications in 2015. In 2017, Elisa served as the Sacramento Market Leader for Women Grow and as a Brand Ambassador for Lola Lola, as well as assisting in the harvest of a large medical grow in Yolo County. She first joined the Seven10 Creations team as Compliance and Community Relations Director where she used her organizational skills combined with an enthusiastic drive to build relationships in the community. After being promoted to Director of Operations, she continues to be a multi-tasking wizard, managing Seven10 production and manufacturing as well as the real estate arm of The Fenix Family.
Director of Marketing
A San Francisco native, Eliza Maroney has spent nearly a decade dedicating her life to cannabis advocacy and education. A former musician, her passion for plant medicine was ignited in 2012 when she had an opportunity to make a career-shift and manage a 10-acre cultivation site. From seed to sale, Eliza has experience in all facets of the California cannabis market and successfully launched Lucky Box Club in 2014, named #1 cannabis subscription service by Leafly in 2017. She serves as the Vice President of the California Cannabis Courier Association and is active on the board of the Eden Gathering and The Kriya Society, a women's cannabis business association. A master networker and marketing authority, Maroney joined the Fenix Family in 2018 as the Director of Marketing, bringing her extensive network to the team.
